Elova Circle terms

What the ELOVA Circle is
The ELOVA Circle is a group of ELOVA customers who share their pieces online or create videos for us. Joining is free, and you can leave at any time.

Who can join
You must be 18 or older and an ELOVA customer. Applying does not guarantee a place. ELOVA reviews every application personally and selects members at its own discretion.

What you receive
Selected members may receive ELOVA pieces as a thank you, early access to new collections, and the chance to be featured by ELOVA. Products sent to you are gifts and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Commission and discount codes
Depending on the size of your audience, you may be offered your own discount code and a commission on sales made through it. If this applies to you, we will share the details with you by email. Commission is only paid on completed orders that are not returned or refunded.

Your content
By sending us photos or videos, or by posting about ELOVA, you give ELOVA permission to use that content in its ads, on its website, in emails and on social media, without additional payment. You confirm that the content is your own and that anyone else who appears in it agrees to this too.

Posting honestly
When you post about ELOVA, always share your honest opinion. If you received a free product or earn commission, you must make this clear in your post, for example with #gifted or #ad.

Ending your membership
You can leave the Circle at any time by emailing us. ELOVA may also end a membership, for example if these terms are not followed. Content you shared before leaving may still be used.

Changes
ELOVA may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
